PT Suryacipta Swadaya was established in 1990 as a subsidiary of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (Surya Internusa Group). The group has diversified portfolio in real estates, construction, building materials, and hotel industries. Suryacipta focus at development and management of industrial parks. Our first one called Suryacipta City of Industry with total area of 1,400 hectares in Karawang started commercial operation in 1995.
