Modernland Realty, Tbk has singed agreement with YABES as its winning vendor for their ERP Software Solution for total integrated property system include :Land acquisition, Project Development, Sales/Developer system ( Landed, housing and integrated Industrial Estate ), Property Management, Fianancial ( with Group consolidation report ) and procurement system with all these sub-system being fully integrated as a whole property solution.
Implementation has been completed for sales/developer module for 4 projects and is progressing with other sub-system. the implementation of YABES ERP property solution has been highly successful due to the best project management methodology/tools employed and supported by highly competent IT personnel both from YABES and Modernland Realty internal IT division.
