BOTANI SQUARE@BOGOR

BOTANI SQUARE @ BOGOR    adalah pusat perbelanjaan atau mal terbesar dan terkemuka di Kota Bogor. Botani Square menawarkan konsep baru kepada pengunjung, yaitu menggunakan sistem
square dan merupakan pertama di Kota Bogor. Mal ini dibuka sejak pertengahan 2006 dan memiliki luas sekitar 42.000 m². Mal ini memiliki lokasi yang strategis karena berada di akses pintu masuk atau keluar Jalan Tol Jagorawi dan dekat dengan Pool Bus DAMRI.

Mal ini memiliki tenant ternama seperti Giant hypermarket, Citrus Department Store, Electronic City, Botani XXI,Toko Buku Gramedia, dan masih banyak lagi. Selain itu mal ini juga terintegrasi dengan sebuah hotel ternama yaitu Hotel Santika Bogor, dan IPB Convention Hotel. Di mal ini juga terdapat ruang sidang yaitu IPB International Convention Center (IICC).

BOTANI SQUARE@BOGOR  has been in long-term partnership with YABES in the implementation of YABES AdvancedProperty+ , an  ERP for Property Industry Solution since the opening of the mall in 2006 – 2007. The property management software solution chosen by BOTANI include Marketing , Tenancy management Module ( Casual, long lease, regular lease), facilities management include meter utility billing until complete financial management solution. This solution has been implemented successfull since 2007.

BOTANI  has just recently engaged with YABES for more complete modules as their requirements and expectation increases.  Now, YABES’s team has just started implementation for next phase as their growth needed much more than the existing modules could cover. YABES’s AdvancedProperty+ could support modular basis as client could use basic modules at the beginning and then grow the system as the client requirements grow.
